By engaging with <span id=\"ci\" class=\"uppw inng\"><\/span>, you agree to these terms:<ul><li><strong style=\"color: rgb(172, 172, 172); background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\">Service Agreement:<\/strong><span style=\"color: rgb(172, 172, 172); background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\"> All services provided will be detailed in a formal service agreement or project proposal, outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and payment schedules.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Payment Terms:<\/strong> Payment terms will be specified in your individual service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit may be required to commence work, with remaining payments due upon completion milestones or as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may incur charges.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Intellectual Property:<\/strong> Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the service agreement, all intellectual property rights for custom designs, software, or other creative works developed by <span id=\"ci\" class=\"uppw inng\"><\/span> during the project will remain with <span id=\"ci\" class=\"uppw inng\"><\/span> until full and final payment has been received. Upon full payment, relevant intellectual property rights pertaining to the client&#8217;s use will be transferred as agreed.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Cancellation Policy:<\/strong> Cancellation terms will be outlined in the individual service agreement. Depending on the stage of the project and resources already committed, cancellation fees may apply.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Limitation of Liability:<\/strong> While we strive for perfection, <span id=\"ci\" class=\"uppw inng\"><\/span> will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services will not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service from which the claim arose.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Governing Law:<\/strong> These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Samut Prakan, Thailand.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Amendments:<\/strong> <span id=\"ci\" class=\"uppw inng\"><\/span> reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
