These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between Company Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and our clients (“you” or “your”) for the provision of our services. By engaging with , you agree to these terms:
- Service Agreement: All services provided will be detailed in a formal service agreement or project proposal, outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and payment schedules.
- Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in your individual service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit may be required to commence work, with remaining payments due upon completion milestones or as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may incur charges.
- Intellectual Property: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the service agreement, all intellectual property rights for custom designs, software, or other creative works developed by during the project will remain with until full and final payment has been received. Upon full payment, relevant intellectual property rights pertaining to the client’s use will be transferred as agreed.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation terms will be outlined in the individual service agreement. Depending on the stage of the project and resources already committed, cancellation fees may apply.
- Limitation of Liability: While we strive for perfection, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services will not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service from which the claim arose.
- Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Samut Prakan, Thailand.
- Amendments: reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
